Grounded squads
Grounded is cleaner with three short roles. This page is about calls around MIX.R and burrows.
Roles that stay simple
One player watches smoothies. One player loots. One player holds the exit. Swap only after a reset.
If everyone loots, nobody hears the third party. Grounded squads die in piles.
Callouts that land
Call direction and number, not stories. “Two on boss bugs” is enough.
Repeat the extract name once. backyard biomes, burrows, and MIX.R events has too many similar rooms for poetry.
When to split
Split only for zip lines and only with a meet time. Open mics do not replace a clock.
If one player goes dark, collapse. Grounded punishes heroic solo detours.
